The South North CIC has extensive experience of evaluating a broad range of projects and programmes within the arts, education, and heritage sectors.
We collaborate with local authorities, schools, community groups, and organisations to support the development and delivery of projects and programmes. We use a creative, process focussed, collaborative approach to devise and implement established and innovative evaluation methods and strategies.
By working together to embed structures of communication, documentation, reflection and analysis we:
- support the aims, experiences and potential of all involved
- create open and honest spaces of discussion underpinned by sustainable frameworks
- shape practical approaches and methods that support ethical and care based working
- are responsive to working across sensitive and challenging project topics, within specific funding parameters.
Our iterative process allows us to respond dynamically to the evolving needs of partners, participants and projects. By working together to build reciprocal connections, guided by robust analysis, research and theory, we help ensure that project and programme impacts are meaningful for all involved.
In all we do, we centre The South North's ethos of working together to create environments of possibility, equity and connection.
Past work includes: Mayor of London/GLA, Haringey Council, The Royal Society of the Arts, The Helen Storey Foundation, A Space /The Institute of International Visual Arts, Haringey Education Partnership.
